Cute and comfortable wireless headphones. Can be used separately and together. Pleasant volume blocks out background noise and charges quickly from the case many times. The case is a bit bulky. I find the hard plastic beneath the soft earcups a bit large and uncomfortable in my ear canal, but not enough to deter me from using them. The basic audio could have been improved a bit, but that's usually the case with WiFi. Edit: Sometimes it's hard for others to hear me.

The product is amazing when it works but for some reason lately that means all products with bluetooth in the last 2 years don't seem to want to connect to anything either after the first month and you have to play with your settings. After turning on and off, put it in the box and take it out again. I've been their customer for 8 years I believe and all of their wireless devices have this issue. I was able to go back to the headphones for a while but after a few months the same problem again…

I'm actually sitting on a 3.5-4 fence. They work really well but the touch sensitivity is tricky just trying to adjust them. The sound quality is very good for something in this price range. Connectivity was my primary goal when using BT5. Undoubtedly they are vastly superior to the BT4s I have used. I give 5 stars for the ease of setup. I like being able to choose one or the other or both. The only catch is that if they automatically connect to one device but I want them to connect to another,
