Some complain that with some chargers you can't connect to the controller when it's in the charging station. This can be easily corrected by carefully snipping off part of the skin with scissors. I've done this and it hasn't compromised the integrity of the rest of the skin, allowing the ds5 to sit on a (third party) charging cradle.
