This paper (cardstock) is great for making English paper plates and is not as heavy as other 67 lb cards. Regular 67lb box is a bit stiff for more complex EPS designs. Regular 67lb cardstock works great for hex shapes, but if you're looking to move on to newer, more complex designs like the new Milleflori quilt blocks, then this is the paper for you. When I compared this paper to some of the pre-cut laser cut shapes I had purchased I found that the weight of the paper was about the same. If you have a hex die, silhouette, cricut or other die cutting machine etc, you can use this paper to quickly create your own EPP shapes. I also have files of various EPP form templates that I can print out and then cut out. If you are careful when cutting, they will work well for this paper as well. Although the word "vellum" appears in the name, it is not entirely clear that it is parchment used for card making, scrapbooking, etc. I love this paper and would recommend it to other EPP enthusiasts. I'm sure it has many uses. I am also considering using it with my Gelli printable based on other reviews. Great product in every way. The price is great too. I haven't found it cheaper anywhere.
