Review on πŸ‘Ά Little Tikes Snug Secure Swing: The Ultimate Outdoor Playtime Fun! by Corey Greene

Better than no swing but not without flaws

The main reason I bought this swing is that you don't have to lift the baby/toddler to get them in or out of the swing. My first baby was huge and it was very difficult to get him up and down in this rocking style. Also, their shoes tend to get stuck and sometimes fall off, which is an inconvenience. Unfortunately I'm still not 100% satisfied with this swing although I haven't seen any better options in this style. Here are the main problems I've encountered. Bring with you: 1. The swing is very vertical and sometimes it's difficult to get a child in without sliding forward and almost falling. This makes it difficult for the child to get in and out of the seat. I try to keep the baby in the seat while I fasten the seat belts. 2. What's wrong with the straps? They can hardly be adjusted. It makes me crazy! Do I need a PhD in toy design to customize these things? This is tedious when the weather changes a lot and your child wears heavier clothing on some days than others, or if you want to use it with more than one child. And as I mentioned in point 1 above, the swing is not safe without seat belts and with such non-adjustable belts using this thing becomes a real agony. Swings usually swing crookedly. They tell you how to fix this (move the swing on the ropes until it's straight) but it never works. My toddler always seems to find a way to get his hands out of the straps and I don't think this swing is very secure without the shoulder straps. Despite this, my daughter loves her swing and seems happy and comfortable in it. She uses it every day.
