We received one of the first devices, so we hope that the firmware has solved some of the problems encountered. However, I did encounter some manufacturing issues where it was very difficult to align the screws attaching the handle no matter how hard we tried. In the end we had to adjust it. The automatic calibration for weight and motor power also never worked properly with our Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K. We experienced constant stuttering, and even with manual settings, we struggled to get smooth shots. The documentation is poor and you'll need to watch some YouTube videos to set this thing up properly. For the amount you pay I expect more. After all, it's a very large gimbal that didn't work well enough with our Blackmagic Camera to keep it running.
