The way we are able to set it up is great because our customer service rep was very knowledgeable about what they wanted us doing in order help them manage their account easily! I like that there's an option if one forgets all together but want your invoice template back - so no worries- just go ahead n get another copy made by any other provider!! We've never had issues at this time managing out clients accounts through theirs templates since setting things correctly from start has been simple enough with such helpful support along side me, even when I'm not around as well. Also how easy everything goes once signed into my web browser instead having those pesky emails coming across now too. ! Very happy indeed :) Our client base gets excited every month seeing new features added which helps keep customers interested more often than needed otherwise we'd be left struggling haha.
