My 85 year old mom LOVES this music player! I've tried boomboxes, clock radios, cable TV music, Alexa, etc. but she couldn't remember how to work with them. I went to the website and found out how to format the jukebox to work with my Mac. . It was pretty easy, and after that it was just a matter of drag and drop. The time-consuming part was finding and selecting music to download. All in all, it's worth the time it takes to set it up. The only thing I can suggest to improve this product is to make the volume control easily accessible (Mom can control a control and some songs are just louder/quieter than others) and find a way to access Pandora. It would be much easier for me to pick a great station than to find and download a limited number of songs.
