Compared to my minimalist counterpart, this wallet has the same thickness and the same number of credit cards/ID cards in the wallet. This is because the two sides of this wallet are much thicker than the bifold leather (although it has multiple pockets). This advantage lies in the width and length. Despite being thick, it's a much smaller wallet and takes up a lot less room in your pocket, leaving more room for keys etc. From that perspective, it still does its job of saving wallet space, although I was hoping for a thinner profile. Inserting and removing cards is not that difficult. I just place my most used cards on top and bottom, and with a little practice it's pretty easy to fan out the cards (like playing cards) to get the right card. It's certainly a viable alternative, although I'm still hesitant to buy a bi-fold wallet due to the leather-like feel. Your choice of a bi-fold wallet will depend on the size and material. Do you like sleek carbon fiber or double leather interiors?
