Oral-B, my old friend! are you lost Regular Oral-B customers for over 20 years, our entire family uses round head toothbrushes, the latest version of which is this "Daily Brush". So what's the problem? Suddenly, Oral-B is overflowing with tricks, not the results dentists trust. I suspect the real problem is that Oral-B's patent for a better head design and hence price is comparatively too expensive - almost $7 each. They are not very different from Precision Clean and are therefore redundant. Generic Precision Clean heads cost about three times less than Oral-B, and in my testing, the high-end heads perform just as well. Also of concern is that we recently had to make a routine call to Oral-B customer service and were very saddened. Experiencing that before star service was indifferent and unyielding. When we had to leave a message twice, we didn't get a call back! Unfortunately, the more we see Oral-B straying from its roots of high quality and service, the more likely it is that our family will consider a switch to Sonicare. In summary, there is nothing wrong with these nozzles. If you like Precision Clean, this will be satisfactory. But at $6.66 each, we'll look elsewhere for comparable quality.
