I wish I could find words to express my hatred of this device. He seems built with an almost uncanny ability to cause trouble. Every time it runs out of paper after I refill the paper tray, it won't pick up paper and tells me that the paper tray is empty. I try to fill the tray full, half, and a quarter full - all to no avail. I try to push the paper a little forward, a lot forward, it doesn't matter. I hate this thing so much. Every time I want to take it outside and smash it with a baseball bat, it starts eating paper. And then it works until the paper tray is empty again. What's so hard about printing on paper? We have made tremendous advances in computer technology. They're getting smaller, they're getting faster, they're getting more options, and the prices are going down. But the printing process appears to have stalled in the 1970s. If it were up to me, I would rarely print anything. Unfortunately, my child's school sometimes asks me to do this. I think that this time, even though I have a whole set of unused cartridges for this article, I'll destroy this thing and try again to find a printer that works. It's not like this. save your money
