I almost gave up on this thing - the first time I tried it it felt very sticky and all she did was grab the spinning record and hit it hard enough to reset the turntable with belts . I've found that the trick is in the angle - if it's not lined up correctly, it won't roll accurately on the plate. By holding the stylus upside down and perpendicular to the record, I can line it up correctly. Once level and rolling smoothly, it picks up tons of dust and dirt from records even looking clean. Easy to clean, so far endlessly reusable.
