I ordered XL, I'm 5'10" and weigh about 210 pounds. These are little triangles that aren't really the size of swimsuit cups. You need them so shift and decide which area you prefer padding in where the outline of the padding doesn't become too noticeable Improper padding is a big problem with this suit as the cut is quite revealing I've messed with the cut of the didn't feel particularly comfortable with my top (I have a large bust and I'm used to flaunting it when I like it, but I don't like it) and no matter how much I tightened or adjusted the ties, it just pulled back Don't get me wrong it was very comfortable and the straps were adjustable and it wasn't tight or anything.. in the back but the leg holes were too small and did et what pinched. The high waist didn't bother me at all and found it comfortable. I bought 3 other swimwear from Amazon at the same time (all XL) and they all fit much better. I decided to keep one of these and return this one.
