I've read both good and bad things about this monitor. I wear it every day and have nothing but good things to say about it. It is very accurate and very easy to use and read. I bought an extra one but will probably give it to a friend. I will say that the clip and lanyard are best worn together. My monitor fell at the mall but wasn't injured. They are well built. One account says the buttons can be accidentally pressed. I don't understand how. That has never happened to me. And I'm the employee who wears this when I work. I often carry objects that rub against me and this has never happened to me. This was a great help to me as it let me know how far I travel each day. I was surprised to learn that I actually drive over three miles a day to work. just go.
