I had this docking station for the first 6 months, it was great. I attach it to the windshield. It was solid, didn't vibrate when riding, and stayed quiet even on rough roads and navigating potholes. Six months later, he fell off the windshield a couple of times. After about 7 months it started falling off more regularly. Now at 8 months it falls almost every day. It almost always crashes when I'm driving, which is particularly annoying when I'm driving on the freeway and using the dock to use my phone's GPS. I tried cleaning the area on the windshield and repositioning the suction cup as instructed. None of this works. I would give that 5 stars after the first six months of use, now it's a generous two stars.
