Nice little amplifier. By running it through a pair of 1978 LaScalas tuned by Crites. The tubes are still being broken in, so the sound is still a bit dry and sterile, but over time the basses become more powerful and the mids warmer. I would say this amp is definitely worth trying. UPDATE: I will be returning this amp. Power problems started after about 3 weeks of use. The amp would just blink. I had to turn it on multiple times to stop it. It is a good thing that there is no return to the origin for a return. I think I'll stick with Gemtune.
