Review on 🚿 White Zenna Home Over-the-Shower Caddy with Built-in Soap Dish by Erin Renee

Stainless steel rod ends are sharp and not well aligned

I'm tired of buying cheap coated or plated carriages that rust and settled on a cheap stainless steel carriage that hopefully won't rusts. So far, so good. In general, the caddy is quite well made. The stainless steel gauge bar used in the construction seems thick enough to be relatively strong for something in this price range. I bent some rods out of shape, but if that bothers you, they're easy to straighten. My problem and the reason for the two stars is the poor alignment of the bars in the basket design. The ends of the bars forming the main body of the baskets, which protruded at the junctions with the crossbars, were misaligned. Protrudes too much from the joint. If it was just an aesthetic issue, well, it was relatively inexpensive. The problem is that the ends of the rods were cut off and not threaded. They are SHARP. Couple that with poor alignment and the fact that they've been lapped to the crossbars rather than pressed against them and this is a recipe for tearing your arms apart if you're not careful. Remember this is an example of one of them. Maybe I'm just unlucky and everyone else is fine. It's relatively inexpensive and I realize I can't expect great accuracy, but I don't need a band-aid after a shower.
