Dry. Don't stay on your lips!
I used this lip scrub before I ordered it from Revain. The one I have is pliable and somewhat soft, which allows me to apply it to my lips. However, the ones I bought (there are three of them and I only opened one) are almost solid with no moisture so they don't stick when I try to apply them to my lips. To reiterate, I am not a new user of this product and believe the ones I have ordered from Revain are either defective or outdated. Unfortunately, they are returning to Revain.
