Not sure yet. Giving it another try.
I used this pan to make a carrot cake. Not sure what went wrong but cake did not cook clear through and ended up being sloppy and wet. Might have been user error had a hard time knowing what heat to bake it at. Recipe had one tempeture for a glass pan and a different one for dark metal. I used one for dark metal which was 25° lower. I am going to try again. I have friends who are crazy about this product. Ask me again in about a month and I will give you an update.
- This was so easy to use and clean! A little wobbly, but, held up great and the cake came right out!
