Review on ServMax by Troy Boettcher

I like how easy it is to use. It has helped me organize my time better so i can spend more time with clients! There are some features that could be improved such as being able to enter data in real-time instead of having to wait until you get home or go into work to do so. The customer support team also doesn't seem very knowledgeable about their software. If they were more helpful then maybe we would have an easier transition when switching over from another program. We used this product because our current CRM was not working well for us.
