I like how easy it was to set up our Media Library for our customers. We are able to easily add new content types such as photos, videos, etc without having to go through multiple steps that other systems require. There isn't anything specific i dislike about this system. The only thing we realized after using it for over 2 years now has been the difficulty in finding something similar if you don't have someone with experience working at your organization who already knows what they're doing. This allows us to quickly get things out there for our clients so they receive them faster than any other solution. Our team members were able to upload images from anywhere and make sure those images got into the correct folder structure within the library. They could also edit documents directly in the library itself which allowed me to create my own templates for use across the entire organization instead of creating separate ones just for myself.
