First of all, these headphones don't fit in your ear! I've tried every size of the little pieces they send down to the smallest and still haven't stayed! They kept falling out of my ears while painting a small table. So I can't imagine how to train in it! Also, the touch sensors for power, play, pause, volume, etc. are so sensitive that if they fall out, you'll stop trying to adjust them and turn off, even if you try not to touch the button! Very disappointed and now I'm stuck with them as returning is too much hassle with my schedule!
