This product appears to hit the mark in looks and finish. But the lack of response and support for the product from the manufacturer is unfortunate. This is called a combination light with flood and point light. However, the product I received only has two wires. I'm no expert and could be wrong, but how are you supposed to switch between two different modes with just two wires? I like to do research to avoid these problems. - accordingly I emailed Mictuning 30 days ago before I ordered the product to ask about the correct suspension. I did not get an answer. After receiving this product I tried calling but the number doesn't work. My first thought is to give grace, knowing that we have been negatively impacted by the Covid crisis. However, I noticed that the Mictuning website has been updated as it now advertises the sale of sanitizing wipes and plastic face shields. Apparently they still take our money. I hope they still support the product and I can update this review with a positive result. The issue would be consistent with a response or communication from the manufacturer both before and after purchasing the item.
