used the ribbon to cover the alligator clips to make cute hair clips for my daughter. I don't like neon colors and was glad the strap colors were the same as in the picture - not very neon at all. Yellow, green and coral colors are a bit neon. High quality ribbons and an inexpensive way to make a variety of hair clips for a little girl.
