Great mattress and great customer service
All good now. The new replacement mattress is odorless. Excellent customer service. Buy with confidence and enjoy your Copperest. Sleeps great, no more tossing and turning and waking up in the middle of the night. Update: Called the company and Spencer immediately sent me a new replacement (manufactured April 21st). I just opened it up to see if there is a problem with the removal of gases from the latter. I know all new things have smells so hopefully the problem is gone. I just didn't want to give a bad review as the company cares about their customers and this is indeed a very comfortable mattress.
