I'm 5'5 and weigh 140 lbs I wear a size 10 or 12 jeans and bought the big ones, I could have bought the medium ones as I'm almost at the last hole which is narrowest but it works and looks good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the white belt when I first put it on the material started tearing a bit so I don't know how long these belts will last but for the price when getting 3 belts, that's not bad.
