The under-need layer is way to much shorter than the top Tull layer! It’s a disproportional made dress!overpriced pice of fabric!The stars are coming off easily from the top-tul layer, which if you have scrawling babies in the house, can stick to the hands and then, get into the eyes! So, again, not pleased at all with the manufacturer! Zero stars to the manufacturer.

Love this dress but fits a little small. Wears like a shirt more than a dress. I''d suggest getting a size bigger than normal.
