I like that it's an easy solution to manage my business through one software package. It gives me everything from inventory control for all of our services including landscaping to customer scheduling via text messages or emails as well as reports! The interface can be difficult at times but not nearly enough problems to dislike this program overall. As far as price goes you get what you pay for so if your looking for a simple product then the free version will work perfectly fine. We are able to keep track of everything within one account which makes managing things easier in general.
