We've only had this for about a week but it looks like a VERY well made product. It has fans in great places and seems to cool my wife's computer a lot. I know the hotter a processor gets, the shorter its lifespan, so that should help a lot! I LOVE the fact that you were smart enough to include a USB port to make up for the port you lose by plugging it into a computer. My wife can still use her external keyboard right over your fridge stand! Fantastic design! If I run into any durability issues I'll let you know, but for now we're perfectly happy with it. Get one. You will too!
