I wear 8.5M in Vionics and they fit great right out of the box. I don't like the blue soles, I would have preferred white ones, but they're comfortable enough to ignore. I was worried they wouldn't get enough support. I was wearing M Orthaheel inserts in a pair of Asics (9.5M) athletic shoes and while they were comfortable, I could no longer stand the squeaking noise when walking. While these shoes feel flatter and less supportive, my foot with plantar fasciitis/sesamoid arthritis feels better after two weeks of wearing them.
