Not suede at all. Fabric and appears homemade.

These shoes are fabric but advertised as suede. The sole is exceedingly thin, and the color is a navy blue — much darker than the royal blue advertised. The back of the shoe is not even connected, but the black rubber pieces on the bottom can be seen and felt where the back meets the sole. They would be fine as slippers, but not as shoes.
