I like that it is easy to use, especially for new users who are not used with group management tools or business intelligence (BI). The UI could be more intuitive but this can easily take some time when first working through as there's quite alot of customisation options available so you need to get your head around them all before getting anything done! It also has an excellent support team which does what they say - no fiddling about waiting days between calls/replies etc. Some features such data mining from existing workflows via excel would have been good too. Using gridrank we've improved our ability to respond quicker in times where things aren't going well within teams by allowing quick decisions to be made without having to go back & forth over email / phone lines multiple times per day. This means my managers don’t waste their valuable executive hours dealing with issues outside normal office.
