I think this set is great for the price! It's compact, very responsive, and quieter than other kits I've used. I don't know if I would say "low whisper" as advertised. The only thing that bothers me about this set is that the number pad has a different layout than the standard one. For some reason there is a space where normally the minus sign/hyphen would be (the "+" button is collapsed to fit everything). DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY?! That annoys me a lot. My company formats our electronic documentation with "YYYY-MM-DD" at the beginning of each PDF and when I work from home with this set. I remove numbers every time I try to type a hyphen. Very frustrating! I'm sure if you just used this set you would get used to it, but it's very difficult for me to switch back and forth. I love that you can turn this set on and off. It is definitely a battery saver.
