This is suppppper cute, this skirt is super flattering and just suuupper adorable. I ordered the red wine color and it is pretty accurate! im just really glad it did come as a bright obnoxious red lol. I would say maybe size up. I have a 25' waist and usually wear 26 for comfort or the occasional food babies, and this skirt fits very perfectly and almost snug. I would say when putting on, be careful is you have hips or curvy, bc the zipper seem tore a little when pulling over my butt hip area. so either size up or be very very careful.
