After using a Rollo thermal label printer in my warehouse for over three years, I wanted to install a thermal printer in my office so I could print labels without having to walk to the store. If you keep this setting, your shipping labels may print so askew that they won't fit anymore can be used..Change the paper size to "100x150mm" and everything will work fine.
