My son wears a size 12 and even a size 10. So I ordered a 12/13 to be on the safe side. Well, he's so tense that he can't bend or raise his arms. We didn't try to close it. Too bad it's very soft inside. I'm really frustrated with the return process. The easy ways to do this near my house are always full! And complex paths that I just don't have access to. So it is really a burden and I will not buy anything from this seller or other sellers with identical products. So don't trust the real size! If your child is not very small for their age, has a tiny build and is not wearing clothing that is too tight, they are not the right size. It's probably an Asian size but that's why I'll take the size just in case, but it's still too small.
