Stay away from PERLLI if you want to buy home and kitchen goods of a high quality, and you'll be doing yourself a favor in the process. This online retailer may offer a large product range and competitive rates, but the quality of their products is subpar, and their customer service is unsatisfactory, so it is best to avoid doing business with them. Both of the things that I purchased from PERLLI, a ceramic knife set and a baking sheet, were below average in quality, which was a huge letdown. After just a few usage, the baking sheet twisted and became unsuitable due to warping, while the knives quickly lost their sharpness and could no longer be used. In addition, I found it quite challenging to use their website, and when I went out to their customer care department for assistance, I was met with a group of people that were unresponsive and unhelpful. To put it succinctly, I cannot stress enough how much I do not suggest PERLLI to other people who are shopping for home and kitchen goods. Because of the poor quality of their items and the absence of any kind of customer service, this company should be avoided at all costs.
