I love this product! This allows me to use a straight laser line for quilting and sewing, and it also has a crosshair for positioning the pattern in the hoop. Also a third point laser which I haven't used yet but is great for stitch in ditch quilting. My product arrived without a reticle lens so I contacted the manufacturer directly. Dave at Harbor Sales, Inc. contacted me very quickly and sent me a replacement reticle lens as soon as possible. I am pleased with this excellent customer service and Dave's willingness to ensure that customers who purchase Vivilux are cared for and delighted with their product. I will definitely be a regular customer!
