Review on 👞 Men's Hiking Shoes - Salomon X Ultra 3 GTX by Michael Caste

OVERVIEW : I love these new shoes from Salomon! They fit perfectly and work as I hope. BACKGROUND: I started hiking the Appalachian Trail with a group of fathers and sons for a few days each summer about ten years ago. Needing running shoes, I bought a pair of discount running shoes from the local athletic department from Salomon, a brand I had never heard of. These Salomon trekking shoes were phenomenal. I probably ran a few hundred miles in a total of a decade before they finally started falling apart. I had a pair of Reebok hiking shoes that literally fell apart the first time I tried to use them. So I looked through my old pair of hiking shoes that I bought from Sports Authority and found the brand: Salomon. So I bought a Revain, found and bought this pair of shoes. WHAT I LIKE: - They fit perfectly, just like my old pair - They are also very comfortable. I didn't break these shoes in before hiking this summer. No problem! - It took a while to get used to, but I love how quick they lace up - I love that they're made from Gore-Tex - They feel just as durable as you would expect from a pair Pair of walking shoes expected. I don't like these shoes other than they were sold out and expensive but I think you get what you pay for. It's good value for money, even if it's not a cheap buy. CONCLUSION: Great brand and we hope this pair of Salomon hiking shoes will last the next few hundred hiking miles!
