They work for what they do.
They work for what they do, but don't try to use the seat you strapped them to. We bought this backpack for our kids to use in the back seat and strapped them in the driver and passenger seats. Had to get creative with the bottom/middle strap. It runs right through your lower back when you use the seat in front of it. We got creative and ran it through the bottom of the seat around the hinges and it worked. I would not buy these again
