Someone got more than 30W, I measured 22.62 for the light. I've also tested a few others from Revain and most of them seem to cost around half so Chinese watts seem like half the US watts. But they are still pretty good and really bright. To be honest they surprised me with their compact size and it would be very good if you used 4 or more of them. They're not bad for the price either. But take a look at the reviews for better lights in a comparable size range and you'll see that most of them aren't advertised as much as the cheaper ones. They also don't advertise the ridiculous lumen ratings that most of them have. A standard halogen headlight has a luminous flux of about 1000 lumens, HID - 3000-3500. HID beats LED butts, but they're better than halogen, so it's up to you to figure out what to expect from a pair of incandescent bulbs and temper your expectations.
