Good t-shirts with long sleeves. The material is soft and stretchy, after washing in cold water and tumble drying they have not shrunk. I was hoping they would shrink as they were too big for my son. I tried them on, I'm 5ft 9in, 165lbs, medium female height, and they fit me like an average man, relaxed and comfortable. I would say scale down, especially if between sizes. They are perfect for tall men as the body and sleeves are longer than most basic tees. Three darker T-shirts (black, dark gray and red) are slightly smaller and shorter than two lighter ones (white and light grey). It's quite a hassle to buy multiple packs to fit in different ways. They are tag free and very comfortable, I will wear them until he outgrows them.
