I like how easy it was setting up my account! It did not take too long or get overwhelming after just one click through our website/processes which made me feel comfortable from start line (website) till finish(account setup). The customer service has been great as well since we started using them over 2 years ago now. No complaints but maybe they could make some enhancements in order so users don't have issues finding things? For example when searching jobs via specific city - results are very limited sometimes even if you search nationwide!! Great product though would highly recommend this software overall excellent tool especially considering price point vs other similar products out there currently available today. ! The service has been great, I have no complaints. The customer service team has been amazing, they are always available and willing to help. They really do care about you as a client and will go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's hard to find something to dislike about this service. If you need an excellent recruiter, look no further. They are very professional and know what they're doing. They are able to get me jobs quickly and efficiently.
