We used this product during my first year as an employee at NCOA (North Carolina's Office for Child Development) in Raleigh NC where I worked from September 2013 - February 2014 managing approximately 35 employees through their HRIS systemTimeCooL using Windows 7 computers running Adobe Reader 10.1 or later versions software was very useful! Their training video tutorials are informative but they don't offer much assistance when you're having problems navigating thru all the menus once logged into their secure website portal version 5 which can be difficult without some prior experience working within it. It helped us better organize data about each worker we managed so there would never have been any problem keeping track if anyone had forgotten taking work orders home because he went out drinking.
