TimeCooL was essential when working at NCOA

We used this product during my first year as an employee at NCOA (North Carolina's Office for Child Development) in Raleigh NC where I worked from September 2013 - February 2014 managing approximately 35 employees through their HRIS systemTimeCooL using Windows 7 computers running Adobe Reader 10.1 or later versions software was very useful! Their training video tutorials are informative but they don't offer much assistance when you're having problems navigating thru all the menus once logged…

  • Very responsive support team, even though our needs were not easy.
  • Great customer service with quick response time via phone call/email chat etc
  • Software functions well enough that is meets most users' expectations

Excellent option with great customer service

It has helped me keep track of all my employees hours in one place which helps eliminate double entry bookkeeping for small business owners like myself! I have used other programs before but they weren't as user friendly so it was difficult keeping up or remembering how everything worked when you needed help from support if something went wrong. This program allows anyone who knows anything about spreadsheets can easily learn how to navigate through their platform without any assistance…
