My husband is 5'10" and weighs 220 lbs. I ordered and extra large which is the size he normally wears in most t-shirts. He is broad through the chest and shoulders. The shirt seemed to be good quality and fit him except that the shirt was just too short. I was afraid after washing, if it shrank any at all it would have been to tight. I would have exchanged for a 2 XL but was quite sure the shirt would have still been too short.
