I was very happy to receive quality wine glasses, I bought this set and another for red wine, when I wanted to open the box for this set it was almost impossible to get the box out of it, like another lady commented. When we finally pulled them out, we noticed a thick bezel on one and bubbles and lines in the glass. They brag about their high quality and satisfaction guarantee, but I don't see a way to contact them directly. I would like to return them either for a refund or for a new set. They definitely have potential, I may have just received the rest of the set as I see they are currently sold out.
