For the most part, this bra is very comfortable. The cups have a stretchy material, not too stretchy, just enough to make them comfortable and mold perfectly to you.The lace on it is not itchy at all (what I was assuming by looking at the pictures).I was able to wear this bra for about 5 hours before it started to get uncomfortable. The uncomfortable part for me is the straps, they are too short for a person of my height (6ft), if they were about an inch longer this would be a perfect bra. I'm thinking for petite women this bra is THE bra.
