Although the quality of the sweatshirt is good, it runs small. I measured my son and ordered accordingly (size medium) but when he tried it on it was about a full size too small. However, the return process was a bad experience. The ad said very clearly "FREE RETURNS" - and it wasn't. The size/color I chose appears to have been purchased from a third party, Under Moments, which is not at all clear from the listing. And it took a lot of emails just to find out that I am ultimately responsible for the return shipping costs. An all round disappointing experience.
