Works as intended, helps with back pain
When I bought this back carrier I was hoping it would relieve my lower back pain. I have fairly heavy physical work that requires a lot of bending over, so I get sporadic back and knee pain. After using this I can definitely say I feel a difference in terms of pain. I used to see a chiropractor a lot, but it was great and like a change. It was easy to use and met my expectations. I plan to use it as back support when sitting.
