Bought this monitor because of the adjustable stand. This is a solid monitor, the adjustable stand seems to be of good quality. I am satisfied with the picture quality. This monitor neither looks nor feels cheap. I really like the height adjustment along with the tilt adjustment. You don't need to rest your monitor on books to level it on an uneven table to achieve the perfect viewing height. There are a few things I don't like: 1) The power button acts like a little joystick. to set up the monitor. I don't mind, but the location is inconvenient. It's on the back of the monitor, in the lower-right corner, and isn't visible at all. You need to know where to use it. You have to reach under the bottom of the monitor to activate it, being careful not to tilt or rock the screen (remember the adjustable stand?). 2) The monitor rotates to portrait, but the stand isn't high enough so that the corner of the screen doesn't hit the base when you rotate it without tilting it away from the base first.
